Reishi has peptides in its protein composition that act by decreasing the effect of angiotensin, a peptide-hormone that produces vasoconstriction in the circulatory system and, therefore, elevates blood pressure.
Because of this, it could lower blood pressure, as it’s been seen in rats. Studies in patients are needed.

Nowadays we are subjected to a large dose of radiation: UV radiation, microwave, natural radioactivity… that deteriorate the condition of our bodies. Reishi molecules are proving to be an effective prevention measure against cellular damage caused by radiations.

Currently the human body is exposed to billions of radiations per second, which didn’t occur a little over 150 years ago: radiation from satellites, radio antennas, television, mobile phone antennas, geolocation satellites, wireless devices… as well as the sun’s ultraviolet radiation and the natural and artificial radioactivity present on the planet since the beginning of the nuclear age (radioactive cesium).

How does reishi protect?

Moreover, the organisms damaged by radiation who consume reishi extracts restore their vital constants more quickly than those who don’t consume them.
